Manchester United Reassembles New Leadership Team After Major Losses

Manchester United are preparing to recruit new executives. Even though they have announced a large financial loss in the club's latest financial report.
Based on the financial report, Manchester United reported a net loss of 113.2 million pounds this year. Although worrying, MU is not expected to violate the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) because not all expenses are contrary to their calculations.
Amid their financial woes, the club are set to recruit Marc Armstrong, who is expected to leave his role as Chief Revenue Officer at Paris Saint-Germain to join INEOS-owned Man United.
Armstrong previously worked with the FA, NFL and NBA and played a key role in increasing PSG’s revenues to meet Financial Fair Play regulations.
He will work alongside Jean-Claude Blanc, who has been appointed as a Man United director. The Red Devils have previously undergone a major overhaul of their boardroom structure. Omar Berrada left Manchester City to become CEO, with Jason Wilcox and Dan Ashworth also taking key positions.
Return Manchester United to the Top of European Football
Berrada said the new leadership team were determined to return the club to the 'top of European football.' "It has been a busy off-season for the club with successful training camps for both our men's and women's teams," he said.
"We have strengthened our men's first team with five exciting players and implemented a new football leadership structure to provide greater support to our manager Erik ten Hag," he said.

"Dan Ashworth has been appointed as sporting director and Jason Wilcox joins us as technical director, two highly experienced and highly respected professionals who will add depth to our squad."
