Real Madrid Strangled Schedule, Ancelotti Protests to the Spanish League
Real Madrid coach , Carlo Ancelotti , protested to the Spanish League regarding the increasingly stifling schedule of his team.
Carlo Ancelotti is worried that his children will become victims of a busy schedule.
Real Madrid will face Real Sociedad in week 33 of the Spanish League , Wednesday (3/5/2023) at 02.00 WIB.
The match was the result of rescheduling from the Spanish League .
This condition is caused by Real Madrid's schedule which must undergo the Copa del Rey final at the weekend.
However, the Spanish League has placed a less friendly reschedule.
The match against Real Sociedad was held at 22.00 local time, which is relatively late.
The Spanish League did this so that the match could be included in the broadcast list.
However, Carlo Ancelotti felt aggrieved by the decision of the Spanish League .
They had an away game so they couldn't immediately return to their hometown once the match was over.
That is, the practice schedule was cut for a day because the new players returned the next day.
Real Madrid only has two days to practice effectively.
Ancelotti feels that this situation is not conducive for the player's condition.
"The match against Real Sociedad was draining and we are still dealing with injuries," Ancelotti said as quoted by BolaSport.com from Marca.
"The schedule doesn't make sense, but we still carry the spirit of revenge," said the Italian coach.
The team nicknamed Los Blancos still has six games remaining in the Spanish League .
Judging from the standings, Los Blancos are already far behind from Barcelona who are at the top.
The 11-point gap between the two teams makes the title race seem one-sided.
However, Ancelotti is reluctant to give up early and wants his team to keep fighting until the end.
He wants Los Blancos to continue to achieve maximum results until the Spanish League enters its final week.
The remaining six matches still provide an opportunity to collect a significant number of points.
